B&B Custom Milling & Machine
Wes started his machining career in 1989 for Central Incorporated as an apprentice under Harold “JR” Adams. In 1993 the machine shop was sold to Rocky Mountain Supply. The move exposed him to new challenges expanding his knowledge and problem-solving ability. His problem solving, attention to detail, and relationship building are fundamental to his success.
In 1997 Wes decided to go it alone and started B&B Custom Milling and Machine. Starting a new business scary, but the quality customer service and relationships he built over the years paid dividends. Several customer/friends followed him on his new adventure and are loyal to this day.
In 2016 Wes moved to his current location at 300 E 16th St in Greeley.
Why B&B
There are several machine shops in Northern Colorado. So why Wes? There is no doubt he is an excellent machinist, problem solver and can do just about anything. One of his first jobs was chopping a Volkswagen Beetle in half. If you are in Greeley you can drive by and see it, hanging on the front of “A Taste of Philly” located at 829 16th ST.
As someone who has known him since he started I will tell you that what sets him apart is his heart. Wes is always willing to help. There is no job is too small. He has helped me and countless others. Don’t be surprised if you walk into his shop and see him fixing someone’s lawn mower, or going the extra mile to make sure the farmer gets his needed repair to finish harvest.
Don’t take my word, ask those he’s helped. Find out for yourself.
